Seth Chadwell is the Founder of Fire Tower Group, an independent real estate firm serving family offices and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. Fire Tower specializes in overseeing existing real estate portfolios, transaction advisory, and family-specific mandates. Fire Tower has assisted multi-generational family offices, individual ownership families, and their trusted partners with oversight, investment, and education.

Seth serves as President of Kibo Capital, a fully-integrated real estate family office in Nashville, Tennessee. Seth has grown the company from $30 million in assets and 9 employees to $300 million in assets and 60 employees.

Previously, Seth was a Senior Director and Partner at Avesta (now InvestRes), a value-add multifamily company, where he oversaw a deal team that transacted on more than 3,000 units in less than two years.

Seth began his career as an attorney in the Capital Transactions & Real Estate Group at King & Spalding, where he served as Chairman of the Associates Committee and member of the Hiring Committee.

In total, Seth's real estate career spans more than $2 Billion in transactions across multiple asset classes, largely across the Southeast. 

Seth is a graduate of Duke University (A.B., Economics; Magna Cum Laude; Phi Beta Kappa) and Harvard Law School (J.D.) Seth is a member of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and active in several non-profits in the Nashville area, including serving on the board of KIPP Nashville, a public charter school system.
