Ten years ago, we partnered with a family office to staff, turn around, and grow their real estate portfolio. Over the past decade we've built systems, managed vendors, started a property management company, and increased the portfolio 10x. We navigated real estate challenges, planned for future generations, maximized tax savings, and executed family office mandates - all while optimizing and overseeing an existing real estate portfolio. 

Today, we see other families, family offices, and their trusted partners facing similar issues: generational succession planning; the need for outsourced real estate expertise; desire for independent advice from qualified real estate professionals.
